We offer a limited number of weddings at The Barn, by getting married with us you'll join an exclusive club of couples who've celebrated their day here with us!

We offer one easy package that includes access to The Barn for you and your guests from Friday afternoon, right through to Sunday morning, plus you and your set-up crew have access during the day on Thursday and Friday to bring your Pinterest board to life!

 

During your planning stage, you can book as many meetings as you'd like at The Barn, where you'll meet with your on-the-day Wedding Coordinator, and can ask any questions or ask for advice.  You’ll also get access to our lovely local suppliers list, helping you choose brilliant suppliers to make your day just perfect.

 

On Friday night we can open the bar for the pre-party, where you can either bring a Caterer or have a DIY BBQ, using our on-site BBQ. Guests can book their own camping or any of our on-site accommodation directly with us taking one job off your list.

Our team is here with you all the time, organising everyone, ensuring everything stays clean and tidy, hammering something to the wall if you need it, and dealing with all your drinks service.

Let's get down to the details - our hire rate includes:

- The Barn & exclusive use of the location, paddocks, wild field and exclusive access to book our accommodation.

- A fully licensed indoor or outdoor ceremony location including access to a choice of arches.

- Beautiful rustic bar and reception drinks area with indoor and outdoor options.

- Staff to serve your reception, table and toast drinks, and also keep The Barn tidy throughout your weekend.

- A corkage-free allowance that allows you to bring 2 glasses of fizz and half a bottle of wine per person completely free of charge, plus flexible options to do extras such as cocktail hour or a free bar.

- Tables & chairs (rustic trestle tables & wooden chairs for dinner and benches and chairs for your ceremony).

- Festoon & fairy lighting throughout The Barn.

- Heating if required (a cosy log burner in the bar area complete with leather sofas, heaters all around the main barn in case it's chilly outside. Plus outdoor patio heaters for evenings in the courtyard).

- Rustic camper's kitchen area which can also be used to serve food on Friday night and for self-service tea and coffee all weekend.

- Separate dry hire catering area with separate access at the back of The Barn. 

- Pre-wedding dressing room with hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

- Eight proper loos and three hot rustic boujee showers.

- Natural spring water on tap and served to guests at your tables in our water bottles.

- All electricity including access for your caterers, band and any other supplier that needs.

- Access to The Barn for setting up  on the Thursday prior to your wedding.

- Access to our prop store, a completely free treasure trove of everything from candle sticks to signs and garden games, all documented online for you to pre-order and have waiting for you when you arrive, or just go and rummage around!

- Any help required with setting up prior to your wedding, and on the day coordination of your suppliers and guests (did someone say herding kittens? Nope not us...)

- Clearing up afterwards - everything will be ready for you to pick up on Sunday all organised and ready to go :(

- Fully licensed bar service until 10:30pm on Friday and from the moment your guests arrive on Saturday right through to midnight.​

Your Caterers and Suppliers

We want your wedding to be exactly as you want it to be, and one of the most important decisions regarding your wedding is your style of food. Because of this, you are welcome to bring in whichever caterer you wish to provide your food. However, if you do need any help, we have worked with many wonderful caterers over the years, and keep a list of lovely local caterers to help you along the way.

Also, just to mention… Here at The Barn, we try our best to be kind to our beautiful surroundings and environment, therefore, please note that we don’t allow the following at The Barn: fireworks, chinese lanterns, glitter, camp fires or glow-sticks, we also try to avoid the use of single-use plastic. wherever possible.​​​
